Our Breast Lift Techniques

VERTICAL Breast Lift

(LOLLIPOP)

Also known as the “lollipop” technique, this procedure includes two incisions: one around the edge of the areola and another vertically from the base of the areola to the crease beneath the breast. During this operation, Dr. Sabry makes a lollipop-shaped incision. The scar is significantly smaller than the more traditional Anchor Scar. Dr. Sabry has mastered this technique and performs the majority of his breast lift using this technique, unlike his peers.

TRADITIONAL BREAST Lift

(ANCHOR SCAR TECHNIQUE)

The Inferior Pedicle Lift Mammaplasty is a traditional approach to breast Lift surgery. It uses an anchor-shaped incision method. “Pedicle method” refers to a surgical technique in which Dr. Sabry preserves a graft of tissue (known as a pedicle) that includes both nerves and blood vessels supplying the breast. Dr. Sabry removes excess breast tissue, fat, and skin. He then moves the nipple and areola to a higher position and reshapes the breast. This is the most common breast lift surgery.

Traditional
Breast Lift

(Anchor Scar Technique)
This traditional method uses an anchor-shaped incision and is the most common approach. It involves preserving a pedicle of tissue that contains nerves and blood vessels to maintain nipple sensation and blood supply.

Vertical
Lift

(Lollipop)
This method uses fewer incisions, resulting in a “lollipop” shape. It is suitable for certain cases and results in less scarring compared to the anchor scar method.
